Your time and energy are invaluable in making our events run smoothly and helping us reach our goals for the year.

Holiday Decor Takedown Volunteer Information and Sign-up (01/05/26)

The holidays may be over, but we could use some helping hands to pack away the cheer! Join us on Monday, January 5th, from 5–7 PM to help take down and store the holiday decorations around Shawnee

Bagel Day Volunteer Information and Sign-up (01/08/26 and 01/13/26)

This role involves counting and organizing bagels for classroom delivery, ensuring each student receives the correct order. It’s a quick and easy way to support our school community, typically taking less than an hour in the morning. No experience necessary—just bring your smile and a willingness to help!

Mother/Son Event Volunteer Information and Sign-up (01/21/26)

Help us kick off the Mother/Son event with a smooth and welcoming check-in experience! Volunteers will greet families as they arrive, confirm registrations, and keep the line moving. It’s a simple but important role that helps set the tone for a fun night. We appreciate your time and support in making this event extra special!

Important Volunteer Information



To ensure the safety of all students, all volunteers must have a current Volunteer Criminal Record Check on file with the school. This must be renewed each school year.


Once you sign up for an event, a link for the Volunteer Criminal Record Check will be emailed to you. Please note that approval can take a couple of weeks, so we encourage you to submit your form as soon as possible.
